REO Speedwagon commanded the crowd as usual! I always answer carefully when someone at the show asks me which band I came to see. Yes, I'm there to see Styx, but REO Speedwagon puts on an incredible show, and if they were playing on their own anywhere in my neighborhood (and there's a lot of geography included in what I consider my neighborhood) I would definitely go to see them.
There
were cameras EVERYWHERE. No one even checked in my bag when I came in, and it
seemed that almost everyone had a camera out in their hand in full view, and
the security staff had no problem with that. The people taking pictures
certainly weren't bothering anyone. I had some good luck and got some decent
shots!
