Is it morning already?

After a long, full, exciting day and evening on Friday and getting to bed about 3am, we were up bright and early at 7am on Saturday! Well, it was early, anyway; I'm not sure how bright we were! We were up early to go meet the rest of our crew for breakfast over at the Silver Legacy Casino.

While we were getting ready to go, I called my husband to let him know I was still around - I hadn't talked to him since Thursday night when I called to tell him I had arrived safely. So when he asked what we had done on Friday, I told him, "We walked around the casino for a while, looking for band members; then we walked around the Harley convention, looking for band members; then we sat down for an hour and had coffee with one of the band members!" He said, "That's really great," and I agreed! Then he asked, "What band?" Apparently he just met me... after laughing for two solid minutes, I was finally able to say, "Styx, honey." Kelly, who couldn't help hearing my end of the conversation, nearly died laughing herself when she heard that! My poor husband said, "Well I didn't know, you do go see other bands." Yes, but not in Reno! If an airplane was involved in my concert plans, you can be sure the band is Styx!

Karen wanted to go to the coffee shop again, and the rest of us wanted to go to the buffet, so Kelly and I had breakfast with Edith, Cindy, Jerry, Debbie, and Debbie's friend Ruth, who I had met briefly at the show the night before. We had a great time rehashing last night's show and everything we had done, and looking at Edith's pictures from her last few Styx shows!
