Right on schedule, the lights went down, and the pulsing began that signals the start of the show. This was a relatively small venue, but the stage was a good size, and the band was able to have their entire production set up, including the giant "S T Y X" letters that come up at the beginning. I haven't had the right angle to get a picture of these letters yet at any of the shows I've been to, and this time I had a nice clear shot, so I picked up my camera to see if I could capture them. I looked through the viewfinder, and even with no zoom on at all, all I could see was a great big "Y!" No problem - I'll put up with that small inconvenience!
