Now to lighten things up a little! There were many lighthearted moments in the show too. A couple that I caught (sort of) were JY shadowing Glen move for move during "Fooling Yourself," and Tommy and Lawrence borrowing cameras from the audience during the break in "Renegade" to take pictures of each other! Do you think this convinced Jeff that cameras really were okay with the band?

Also, for some reason, the confetti cannons did not go off at this show, but security must have been warned about that effect. I was so close to the cannon that I had actually had to be careful during the show not to hit it with my hands when I was clapping! At the end of "Too Much Time On My Hands," I felt a tap on my shoulder, and turned around to see a security guard trying to get my attention. She pointed to the cannon and said to me, "This is going to go off at the end of this song, so watch your head!" It was already about ten seconds past the time when it should have exploded, and it hadn't, so I didn't think it would, but I thanked her anyway - I thought that was very nice of her!
Would a show be complete for me if there were not some sort of equipment misadventure? Earlier in the day, for no good reason, my camera suddenly lost its little mind and reset every setting back to the defaults. I fixed everything on the main menu - date, time, no flash, image resolution, and all the things I could think of. However, as soon as I took the first picture, I remembered tons of other things I had NOT thought of - preview mode, ISO settings... well, to spare you the recitation of my camera's owner's manual, let's just say I had the perfect situation for blurry pictures, accidental erasures and eating up battery power at twice the usual rate. This is why I say I "sort of" captured some images! But there was no way I was going to take time trying to figure out how to reset all that in the dark and miss two or three songs - better to have none of my pictures turn out than to miss the show! Some still came out okay though!
