So long until next time!
After the show, I briefly thought about trying to get my batteries back. The security guy who had taken them had said to me at the time that I could come right back there after the show and he would give them back to me. But I was afraid that if I did, by now he would have had time to think about it and he might ask for me to give him the memory card with my other pictures on it. I didn't want to lose my pictures, and besides, those memory cards aren't cheap, so I decided it was better to abandon the batteries.
Between the Styx and REO shows, a woman and her son had come up to me and asked where I got my Styx buttons. I told her that there were a bunch of us who gave them away, and since Fiona had given all of hers out and I had more at home, I gave her son the ones I was wearing. They were so excited - she said it was his 13th birthday and this was his first concert! She started him off right!
